When we were first commissioned to develop the C2 Vertical Safety corporate ID back in 2000, C2 were pioneers using mountain climbing gear for work-at-height situations. Back then, workers-at-height were often hesitant to using safety gear, which at the time was considered heavy and limiting. We added a hint of sports values to the C2 visuals to let the target group feel an air of adventure and coolness, thus making the products desired. This was successful and ten years later C2 has grown to become market leader.
To adapt to the new C2, we took their visual ID to a new, more industrial dimension, still keeping the sports heritage intact.
